These businesses are frequently locally owned and operated providing needed services to a community or area. Usually these companies are sole proprietorships, LLCs, or S corporations. Class 1: Understand legal requirements for business formation and the different choice of entities for running a business in Arizona. You also clarify the values of your business and discover how they define your growth philosophy.

This is the first of 6 classes that are offered every other Tuesday from Sept 9 through November 18.
